We started Chargewood because the take-rate on this category didn't make sense. Chargeflow, Justt, and Stripe Smart Disputes charge 25–35% of every dollar they help you keep, whether the win took real work or not. The evidence itself — Compelling Evidence 3.0, delivery confirmation, usage logs — is largely deterministic once you have the data. We price like software instead: PAYGO at 15% of what's won, or a flat Fixed Fee for merchants who'd rather not think about it.
